I followed the instructions y'all gave on 8/31. Due to my slow internet connection it took approximately xviii hours to complete. At the conclusion I received a message "your device ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info, and so we'll restart for you lot. 100% complete. I now have that (blue) screen displayed and nothing has happened. That screen appeared at 1120 am and it is now 12:40 PM. Cannot do anything including restart or shut downwardly my computer.

I attempted a difficult restart. Did nothing. Spider web site you lot supplied dealt with gaming and video cards. I don't do any gaming.

The terminal answer did not help since I cannot access my calculator at all. I still have the bluish screen that I described earlier and cannot get into my computer at all. I accept attempted a difficult reset several times and also windows+r.

hi Kevin I saw how to practice this and keep every matter simply i a k terrified of doing it myself for fearfulness of losing every matter I would similar to because there are some errors i need set up . if we /i exercise this upgrade volition it remove my desktop icons
